If you also follow $MMM, what do you think of the results? I personally expected them to be a lot worse.

Revenues were $8.3 billion, down 3.6% year-over-year. Adjusted for extraordinary items, revenue was $8 billion (down 3% year-over-year). Operating profit after adjustments was up 1.6 percentage points year-over-year to 23.2% of revenue. Net earnings per share after adjustments were $2.68 (up 3% year-over-year). Operating cash flow was $1.9 billion, up 25% year-over-year. Adjusted free cash flow was $1.9 billion (up 39% year-over-year).

I also expected worse results and in the end it turned out quite positive. So let's see how the company will fare going forward.
