Today I thought it was a day to try out GPT's paid chat for a month or two and try his advice. I don't intend to try it like others do with a real purchase, but I want to follow those recommendations for fun. Has anyone tried it?

Let me know, I'm interested to know what your overall impression of the paid version will be. I have GPT chat too, but as I see probably others here, the free version, unfortunately there is an end to the data until 2021. And that sucks, which I understand if you want current data because we live in reality and not the past. I personally go by what is now and don't look so much at the past, but in investing it is nice to know the past data.

I will. We're curious about it. It's $20 a month, which isn't a lot for the ease of doing it.

Can GPT's paid chat help with investing or does it have to be through some plugins? I have no idea how this works. I only know of a free version that only dates back to sometime in 2021.

The paid version has a lot of plugins that you can click and use after paying. For example, yesterday I found tickets for a holiday through the paid version, it went through everything and found the cheapest option including a straight discount code to the airline's website. You have to be able to ask the right questions though.

What exactly is the difference between free and paid ChatGPT? :)

The basic difference is that the paid version works with current data, the free version only with data up to 2021

I haven't tried the GPT paid chat yet, but maybe for that one month I'd like to try it sometime.

That's exactly how I was thinking about it this weekend too :) so far I'm pretty excited about the paid plugins and what they can do :) recommend trying it out (not just for investing)
