If you had to choose a REIT right now, which one would it be? $O is classic, I'm tempted by $LTC or maybe $MAIN. What do you think? I'm obviously aware of the risks associated with REITs.

I only have $MPW but I wouldn't shop there. Thanks for the tips, I didn't know $LTC at all.

I'm not investing in REITs yet, but I do plan to buy $O soon.

Especially $WPC and $O. But I would also look at $STAG, $NNN, $PSA and $KRC.

I'll add this interesting fact that WPC is expected to become a dividend aristocrat this year, this could not only add to its prestige, but will probably be added to some ETFs.

Dividend yield >3.5%, D/E <6, Mid $PSA $CCI $O $STAG $ADC $NNN $EPR $EPRT $IRM, but then maybe even $PLD or $FRT.

I'd lean more towards LTC, I find born from second choice slightly undervalued.
