Finally! A US court has ruled that Microsoft $MSFT can go ahead with its planned $69 billion acquisition of video game maker Activision Blizzard $ATVI.

I was really a bit on the fence about how this would turn out, but it looks promising now and nothing should stand in the way of the deal.

Great news, I have $MSFT and I like their service in the video game industry. I think with this $MSFT will gain a lot of fans and with their cloud gaming they will gain a lot of users.

Suddenly it's all going well. I don't really understand why this was blocked for so long when Microsoft clearly assured them that it wouldn't threaten the video game industry.
