California and other states are moving to block 3M's $10.3 $MMM PFAS settlement that would resolve claims against 3M over water pollution. Allegedly, they say the amount is still low and would not be a proper penalty for MMM.

Actually, so far the reaction is nothing much I would say that a lot of people think they have a pretty solid $100 under their belt 🙂 and such news usually doesn't come without movement..

I'm curious to see how it will look in the premarket if 3M slowly starts to lose those gains from the last few days. I guess I'm glad I jumped after all.

So far there's a 1% loss, no big deal. We'll see how it goes.
