How do you see it now with Reit like $O, will they go down as long as the Fed raises more and then theoretically when rates are cut they could go up? That means next year , when the plan so far is 2024 for the first rate cut.

I've been overbought REITs regularly lately, but I believe the stock will go even lower and then I would buy more :)

I don't think they'll get up until 2025 at the earliest. There's a nice chart that shows what stocks are doing well in what economic cycle.
