Intel said it plans to spin off its programmable chip unit and make an initial public offering within two to three years. I don't really know how to view this news, positive or negative? The $INTC stock initially weakened today but is already going back into the black.

I really like Intel and Gelsinger's vision, so I believe this will move Intel a little closer to achieving their goal.
