3M has completed spin-off of its healthcare division and formally launched the newly formed Solventum Corporation!

3M stock understandably fell more than 12%.

This is an important milestone for the entire company 3M! This company, which owns a product portfolio that spans many areas, from industrial to medical products to consumer products for everyday use.

Company stockholders 3M will receive one share of Solventum for every four shares 3Mthey owned at the end of the trading day March 18, 2024.
