Shares of $UNH are gaining more than 6% after the results . I bought in a while ago and when the price drops a bit again after this rise, I will buy in again.

So congratulations on a good buy. I think the company is quality, P/E okay and I am thus in this business in $CVS which I like better on price and dividend but again they don't quite compare.

Agreed, the business is completely different. I have CVS too and UNH is definitely a much smaller position.
