Ulta Beauty, which sells cosmetics, reported its results yesterday. The results were very good and the stock rose 7% in the aftermarket. Buffett also bought shares in this company last year, but sold them after a short time. For me, this company is not very interesting, and this sector is represented in my portfolio by $MC.PA and $AMZN.

What do you think of $ULTA? Why do you think Warren Buffett sold his entire position in this company last year?

There are much better companies in this sector and I would rather focus on $RMS.PA

$RMS.PA is definitely better and the potential is greater, but the stock is not very cheap.

I only have $MC.PA too. It's a higher quality company and I like the business better overall.

However, this company is not doing well now and financially it is not in the best shape. Why does $MC.PA look better to you?

For me it is not an interesting sector because I don't see the potential and I don't see why these companies should grow significantly.

This is a sector that is growing quite steadily and you shouldn't expect 100% growth, but the business is doing well.
