Voyager Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: VOYG) is a U.S. defense and space technology company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. It was founded in 2019 by investor Dylan Taylor as a holding company that acquired and consolidated smaller space businesses, and it listed on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2025. The company operates in three segments: Defense & National Security (propulsion subsystems, signals intelligence, radiation-hardened communications systems), Space Solutions (infrastructure and technology for commercial, academic, and government missions), and Starlab Space Stations, where it is developing a commercial successor to the ISS.
